Planning your visit

Opening hours are as follows :  from April to the end of November, Wednesday to Saturday from 11.00am to 4.30pm; from April to the end of September it is also open on Sunday afternoons from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
The village of Ruddington is just a few miles from the centre of Nottingham.
 
You can reach the museum easily by bus from Nottingham : Nottingham City Transport No. 10 from the Victoria Centre, Parliament Street, or Trent Barton "Ruddington Connection" from the Broadmarsh Bus Station. 
Both stop at The Green, a short distance from the Museum.
 
If you are travelling by car please note that Chapel Street is a cul-de-sac with no turning space. Parking space is available on Chapel Street but, unless you are confident in your reversing skills, you may find it more relaxing to find a parking space nearby.
By car : From Nottingham Ring Road (A52), via A60 Nottingham - Loughborough Road,
From M1 (Junction 24) via A453.
Ruddington is signposted from both these roads. Car park and on-street parking in the village.
