Exhibition Rules for May 2009 (April 30, 2009)
1. Exhibition is limited to a maximum of four entries per person.
2. All pictures must be framed and ready to hand.
3.Subject must be an original work by the artist. No cross stitch or hand knitted items.
4. Picture sizes restricted to a maximum of 30" x 24" (75cms X 60 cms).
5. Each pice of work should be clearly labelled on the back with -
Title, Artist's name, Price and Medium
6. There is a charge of £2.oo per exhibit or £7.00 for four entries.
7. All work must be available for sale. 10% commission will be deducted from the
selling price of all works sold.
8. Following a sale and deduction of our commission, payment to the artist will be made
within two weeks.
9. Whilst care will be taken to safeguard all entries, no liability can be accepted by the
organiser for the loss or damage which may occur. Insurance is the responsibility of
the entrant.
10. Exhibits will not normally be removed from the exhibition before the final afternoon of
the exhibition.
11. The organisers reserve the right to withold from the exhibition any work that is
